I wanted to lose weight.
I wanted to feel like myself again.

Running a cleaning business in Calgary meant physically demanding days. My body often felt sore and heavy, and I was also dealing with hand numbness, high blood pressure and heavy menstrual bleeding.

In April 2026, at 93 kg (about 205 lb), I decided to try Feel Great after doing my own research. Alongside changes to my eating routine, I began learning about fasting and building habits I could follow.

Today, I weigh 81 kg (about 179 lb). I feel lighter and more comfortable in my everyday life. I’ve personally noticed that the pain and numbness I previously experienced have resolved, and I report improvements in my blood pressure and menstrual flow.

Our family, our next chapter

From my first step
to our shared purpose.

My husband, Geones, became my first business partner. Our daughter, Gem, joined us too. CHEMPIRE is now the independent Unicity business we build together as a family.

Geones knows the demands of physical work from his construction background. We’ve both changed our eating routines and often share one meal a day. Unimate and Balance are part of our personal routine.

Our routine is personal, not a recommendation to eat only once a day. Supplements do not replace food, adequate nutrition or medical care, especially during demanding physical work.

I love cleaning, but I don’t want to rely on physical work forever. I joined this business to work toward my future and retirement while sharing something I’m passionate about. We learn together, support others and earn through our distributor business.

Before you begin

Do I have to follow Che’s fasting schedule?

No. My routine is a personal choice, not a plan for everyone. Discuss changes with a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of an eating disorder.

Are the health and weight changes guaranteed?

No. The experiences and photographs are personal accounts. Lifestyle, nutrition, medical treatment and many other factors can affect outcomes. Supplements are not a treatment for high blood pressure, heavy bleeding or other medical conditions. Do not stop prescribed treatment based on a testimonial.

Can I learn about the business before enrolling?
